Took my pet to the clinic for her annual comprehensive exam and a necessary vaccine. My pet is extremely shy and the vet was very soft spoken and gentle with her. I like the fact that we did not have to wait for an exam room inside the clinic with other animals and feel that this process, although designed for Covid protocol, keeps the animals somewhat calmer for their visit. I would not mind at all if they kept the call on arrival process permanently. It is much easier to wait in your car until an exam room is ready. Very good over all experience and very reasonably priced!

Take my two dogs here, but was very satisfied most recently with the care of my dog. He was extremely sick and felt as if the techs and vet care as much as I do. Not sure how to spell her last name, but Dr. B is great! She explained in detail everything and laid out the options. I appreciate her care for my dog and her excitement when his condition improved. I feel confident taking my dogs here during emergencies and regular check ups. Thank you!

Today my sons dog Custer had to be put down, Mallory at Suburban Animal hospital was very compassionate and cared about my dogs comfort and the comfort of our family. They called to see how we were all doing, which no vet in Monroe county does at all. Mallory explained the whole process of euthanasia and made us feel comfortable, and at the same time cared about our dog which they had never seen as a patient before. The doctor Dr Bieszki was great also. Love this place..

So pleased with my experience today! I’m new to big dog ownership and turns out my big pup had a double ear infection and a skin infection😳 (ive never had experience with either🙈 ive always been a cat person) they were SO kind in reassuring me that it was okay and how to help prevent them in the future and catch the problems quicker. I can not thank the staff enough for the kindness I received because I felt like the worst dog mom EVER. We are so happy to have a new permanent vet for our baby! Thank you again SO much for the help and kindness I truly can not explain how much it meant to me

They are wonderful and took such good care of us! When I had to put my furbaby of 18 years down they were so understanding, compassionate and very patient. They gave me time as I needed with my girl before finally letting go. They sent out a card that the whole staff signed and wrote little messages in that completely melted my heart. And I picked up her ashes today that came in a pretty tin and a pawprint with her name on it. Everything they did was very heartfelt especially for never being there before. I love them!

I have been searching for a vet to take the time to listen, a vet who truly cares about the well-being of my animals, and I have finally found it! I was so happy after my first visit! Everyone from the receptionist – to the doctor – was incredibly NICE! So helpful and thorough, the doctor took lots of time to talk to me and explain every single thing.
